    In the world of mothers, the selection of formula milk as a substitute or companion for breast milk is very important because good nutrition is needed to support the baby's growth period. Meanwhile, now there are many choices of formula milk that have various benefits for each brand that are tailored to the needs of babies. Seeing these problems, this study offers a solution for choosing infant formula using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. In this study, the selection of formula milk was determined as a goal that looked at 4 criteria of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and calcium and used 11 brands of formula milk as an alternative. By carrying out the stages of completion using the Analytic hierarchy process AHP method, it was found that Organic Baby & Me milk was milk with the highest reference level of 43%.                                                          &nbsp

    Analisa Peramalan Data Time-Series Dengan Aplikasi Windows POM-QM

    Peramalan data time-series kini menjadi suatu kebutuhan dalam dunia bisnis maupun lingkungan hidup. Software Windows POM – QM memiliki tools dan beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan untuk peramalan data time-series. Diperlukan sebuah analisa hasil peramalan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan akurasi metode-metode tersebut dalam meramalkan data time series agar dapat digunakan sebagai referensi metode dalam mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Nilai MAPE digunakan sebagai ukuran perbandingan dalam analisa hasil perbandingan peramalan. Data time series yang digunakan adalah data curah hujan di Kabupaten Jombang. Hasil peramalan dengan metode Exponential Smoothing memiliki rata – rata nilai MAPE terkecil dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya yaitu sebesar 2,4 dengan pola data hasil peramalan berfluktuasi sebagaimana data sebenarnya. Sehingga penggunaan metode Exponential Smoothing dapat digunakan sebegai referensi dalam peramalan data time series dengan pola data musiman dengan menggunakan software Windows POM-QM

    Analisa Perbandingan Hasil Peramalan Data Time Series dengan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan RBF dan FRBF

    Pendekatan peramalan data time series dengan model jaringan syaraf Radial Basis Function (RBF) memiliki sifat supervised learning karena data yang dilatihkan berupa pasangan data input dan target yang diidentifikasi dan diekstrapolasi pola dan hubungannya. Sedangkan model jaringan syaraf Fuzzy Radial Basis Function (FRBF) merupakan model supervised-and-unsupervised learning yang merupakan kolaborasi himpunan fuzzy dan model jaringan syaraf RBF. Analisa perbandingan model jaringan syaraf  RBF dan model jaringan syaraf FRBF dalam peramalan data time series dilakukan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan hasil peramalan dengan kedua model tersebut. Nilai MSE dan epoch rata-rata untuk proses peramalan in-sample yang didapatkan untuk model jaringan syaraf RBF dan FRBF secara berurutan adalah 73,45 dan 8,1903E-05 serta 532,36 dan 9,8648E-05. Sedangkan pada peramalan out-sample, nilai yang didapatkan dengan model RBF menjauhi data-data sebelumnya

    Air Kali Surabaya yang dijadikan sebagai air baku air minum oleh PDAM Surabaya harus dipertahankan kualitasnya sesuai dengan Baku Mutu Air Minum. Adanya masukan dari Kali Tengah pada segmen Sepanjang – Jagir berpengaruh pada banyaknya kandungan pencemar terutama bahan organik pada Kali Surabaya. Peramalan data time series indeks pencemaran dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam upaya pengelolaan dan pemantauan pada Kali Surabaya khususnya segmen Sepanjang – Jagir. Jaringan syaraf tiruan Radial Basis Function dapat digunakan sebagai model untuk menganalisis kecenderungan sistem perairan dan peramalan data time series indeks pencemaran Kali Surabaya. Terbatasnya data yang tersedia dan karakteristik data yang berbeda berpengaruh pada hasil peramalan. Oleh karena itu teori fuzzy diterapkan pada jaringan syaraf Fuzzy Radial Basis Function untuk peramalan indeks pencemaran Kali Surabaya segmen Sepanjang – Jagir. Penetapan indeks pencemaran Kali Surabaya segmen Sepanjang – Jagir dilakukan sesuai dengan metode indeks pencemaran. Sedangkan peramalan indeks pencemaran dilakukan dengan jaringan syaraf Fuzzy Radial Basis Function. Hasil peramalan yang didapat digunakan untuk peramalan status mendatang. Indeks pencemaran Kali Surabaya segmen Sepanjang-Jagir pada Januari 2008 hingga Juni 2013 memiliki rentang nilai yaitu 0,6836 hingga 3,1366 (untuk titik pantau Sepanjang), 0,6579 dan 3,1961 (untuk titik pantau Gunungsari), dan 0,6714 dan 3,6174 (untuk titik pantau Jagir). Berdasarkan proses testing dengan learning rate pada rentang 0,01 dan 0,07 terlihat kecenderungan bahwa semakin kecil learning rate semakin besar nilai kesalahannya sedangkan untuk learning rate lebih dari 0,07 memiliki nilai kesalahan yang semakin besar sehingga learning rate sebesar 0,07 merupakan learning rate terbaik. Sedangkan periode hasil peramalan terbaik yaitu periode 1 tahun yang sesuai dengan tren time series data tersebut. Sedangkan hasil peramalan indeks pencemaran Kali Surabaya segmen Sepanjang – Jagir untuk Juli 2013 – Juni 2014 yaitu pada rentang 0,4964 hingga 1,5382 (untuk titik pantau Sepanjang), rentang 0,4252 hingga 0,9354 (untuk titik pantau Gunungsari), dan pada rentang 0,4778 hingga 2,0757 (untuk titik pantau Jagir). =============================================================================================================== Surabaya River water that used as the raw water by PDAM Surabaya must be maintained the drinking water quality in accordance with the Drinking Water Quality Standard. The existence of inputs from Kali Tengah on segment Sepanjang – Jagir effect on the amount of organic matter content of pollutants in Surabaya River. Forecasting time series data of pollution index can be used as a reference in the management and monitoring efforts in Surabaya River particularly on segment Sepanjang – Jagir. Radial Basis Function neural networks can be used as a model system to analyze trends and forecasting water pollution index time series data of Surabaya River. The limited data and different data characteristics affect the forecasting results. Therefore, fuzzy theory is applied to the Fuzzy Radial Basis Function neural network for forecasting pollution index Surabaya segment Sepanjang – Jagir. Determination of Surabaya River pollution index on segment Sepanjang – Jagir carried out in accordance with the pollution index method. While forecasting pollution index performed with Fuzzy Radial Basis Function neural networks. Forecasting results obtained are used to predict the status of water quality Surabaya River on segment Sepanjang – Jagir. Surabaya River pollution index on segment Sepanjang – Jagir during January 2008 to June 2013 has a range of values is 0.6836 to 3.1366 (for Sepanjang monitoring points), 0.6579 and 3.1961 (for Gunungsari monitoring points), and 0.6714 and 3.6174 (for Jagir monitoring points). Based on testing process with learning rate 0,01 until 0,07 showed that smaller learning rate result bigger error and for learning rate more than 0,07 has bigger error thus learning rate 0,07 is the best learning rate for it. And the best output forecasting period was one year as like as the time series trend. Forecasting of the pollution index Surabaya River on segment Sepanjang – Jagir resulted for July 2013 - June 2014 are in the range of 0.6907 to 1.9325 (for Sepanjang monitoring points), the range of 0.4468 to 1.0890 (for Gunungsari monitoring points), and the the range of 0.4026 to 1.0999 (for Jagir monitoring points)

    Sumber daya perikanan sebagai sumber daya alam yang memiliki sifat common-pool resources(CPR), yakni suatu pihak sangat sulit mencegah pihak lain untuk tidak masuk ke suatu wilayah perairan(low exclusion) dan adanya persaingan yang tinggi dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang sama(high substractability), sehingga pemanfaatannya cenderung secara open access yang mengakibatkanpenurunan produksi. Beberapa model pengelolaan dikembangkan untuk mengatur kegiatan pemanfaatansumber daya perikanan sehingga berkelanjutan baik secara ekonomi dan ekologi, salah satunya melaluipenguatan kelembagaan lokal seperti awik-awik di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengevaluasi awik-awik pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan pantai di Lombok Timur. Evaluasipada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui analisis aktor, dan analisis peraturan yang disepakati.     Farmer welfare is a condition of a farmer in a prosperous, healthy and peaceful condition without social jealousy in the community. However, this is difficult to materialize for farmers because of a number of factors, namely the ineffective and inefficient fertilizer subsidy policy with farm needs and the different characteristics of farmers in conducting farming.The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of welfare of tobacco farmers in Jombang Regency measured by the large farmer exchange rate (NTP) with several variables including the fertilizer subsidy policy variable, and the farmer characteristics variable.From statistical testing using ordinal logistic regression. The research data was obtained with 123 questionnaires distributed in Sawahan Hamlet Sumbergondang Village, Kabuh District, Jombang Regency.From the partial test, it was explained that the variables which were made into research did not significantly influence the farmer exchange rate (NTP). The results of the coefficient of determination show the results of the coefficient of determination Nagelkerke of 0.900 or 90.0%. It means that the independent variable (fertilizer subsidy policy, and the characteristics of farmers) affects the farmer exchange rate (NTP) of 90.0% while 10.0% is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable

    Some institution arrangements are developed to manage the fishery resources, one of which is a communitybased management. Over the past few years, this community has been believed to be one of the effective management. According to Schlager and Ostrom (1992); Imperial and Yandle (2005), this management was usually the adoption of local knowledge of communities around their resources. Awig Awig growing in East Lombok is one of a growing community based management in Indonesia in managing fishery resources. Based on this information, this research aimed to (1) diagnose the awig awig institution growing in East Lombok, (2) identify and analyze the external factors influencing the institution, and (3) evaluate awig awig institution linkages to sustainable coastal fisheries. This study used the approach of the Institutional Analysis and Development (IAD) framework and GS production surplus bioeconomy. The results showed that so far awig awig institution has not been able to overcome the pressure from the inside and from the outside in the form of appropriation externality, technology externality, and assignment problem, therefore, this caused the decline of fishery resources

    The evaluation of this training program is in the form of a questionnaire that has been filled out by the training participants. As a determination of the passing of the participants will be conducted an evaluation test / exam. Assessment of the final results of the exam/test in the form of participant answer sheets will be given in the form of a different code that is useful for educators to provide effective and objective scores. After the results of the exam come out, a meeting will be held for a graduation meeting which will later determine which training participants deserve a score from the participant's activeness, attendance and final result scores. Researchers conducted and succeeded in collecting the results of the questionnaire obtained from the form of training and education carried out for several days. The results of this study use the Kickpatrick evaluation method which greatly facilitates researchers in conducting research. Evaluasi daripada program pelatihan ini berupa hasil angket yang telah diisi oleh peserta pelatihan. Sebagai penentuan lulusnya peserta akan dilakukannya tes evaluasi/ ujian. Penilaian hasil akhir ujian/ tes yang berupa lembar jawaban peserta akan diberikan berupa kode yang berbeda yang berguna untuk pendidik agar memberikan nilai yang efektif dan obyektif. Setelah hasil dari ujian tersebut keluar akan dilakukan pertemuan untuk rapat kelulusan yang nantinya untuk menentukan peserta diklat tersebut pantas mendapat nilai dari keaktifan peserta, presensi dan nilai hasil akhir. Peneliti melakukan dan berhasil mengumpulkan hasil angket yang didapat dari bentuk pelatihan dan pendidikan yang dilakukan selama beberapa hari.
